400g Sacla' Penne Giganti Pasta
275g cherry tomatoes
Jar of Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto
4 tbsp ricotto cheese
Handful fresh basil roughly torn
1 Bring a large deep pan of water to the boil and add a good pinch of salt. Add the Sacla' Penne Giganti Pasta and cook al dente.
2 Meanwhile slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
3 When the pasta is ready, drain and return to the pan, Empty in the whole jar of basil pesto and mix well. Mix through the tomatoes and divide among four bowls. Top each with a dollop of ricotta and some fresh basil and serve immediately.
