450g (1lb) of skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1 clove of garlic, crushed half a jar of Sacla' Coriander Pesto sea salt black pepper olive oil green salad
Make slits in the chicken breasts diagonally. Marinade all the ingredients apart from the oil for 20 minutes at least (preferably over night). Drizzle with olive oil and barbecue for 20 minutes.
Serve with a fresh green salad.
