Classic Basil PestoOrganic Basil Pesto
Ingredients

1 x ready-made focaccia bun, sliced in half
2-3 slices mozzarella
1 x 190g jar Sacla' Classic Bail Pesto

Instructions

Place the slices of mozzarella on top of the focaccia. Drizzle over a tsp of Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto and grill for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is bubbling. This is wonderful served alongside your favourite soup (we love Pepper & Tomato). Try stirring through a dollop of delicious Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto just before serving. Buon Appetito!
