1 jar Sacla' Char-grilled Borretane Onions Antipasto
1 jar Sacla' Sun-dried Tomato Antipasto
1 jar Sacla' Mixed Beans with Mushroom Antipasto
Fresh Cherry Tomatoes on the vine
100g/4oz Baby mozzarella
Handful of fresh basil leaves
1 ciabatta loaf
4-8 slices Parma ham
4-8 slices Italian salami
Marinated Green and Black olives
Drain the jars of onions, sun-dried tomatoes and beans and cut the sun-dried tomatoes into halves.
Skewer the fresh cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls on cocktail sticks, alternating with the basil leaves.
Slice the ciabatta into chunks
Arrange all the ingredients, including the Parma ham and salami onto a large platter and serve with the bread on the side.
