350g ready to roll puff pastry 1/2 jar Sacla' Chargrilled Peppers Antipasto, drained 1/2 jar Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomatoes Antipasto, drained 1/2 jar Sacla' Artichokes Antipasto, drained 6 slices parma ham 100g feta cheese, cut into small cubes 2 tbsp Sacla' Classic Pesto Handful fresh basil leaves
Preheat the oven to 200°C, Gas Mark 6. Roll the pastry to roughly A4 size. Line a baking tin with parchment paper and place the pastry over the top, before pricking it a few times with a fork. Brush the pastry with the Sacla' Pesto, leaving a border around the edges. Top the pesto with the Char-grilled Peppers, Sun-dried Tomatoes, and Artichokes and bake for 10-15minutes. Remove the tart and add the Parma ham and feta and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve with fresh basil.
