Sun-Dried Tomato & Garlic Sauce
Ingredients

250g of spaghetti
190g jar of Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomato and Garlic Stir Through sauce
4 tbsp / 60ml of creme fraiche
125g of prosciutto, torn into rough pieces
125g of frozen peas
basil leaves to garnish

Instructions

Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the spaghetti and cook to your liking.

Drain thoroughly and return it to the cooking pan.

Now simply stir in the jar of Sacla' Sun-Dried Tomato and Garlic sauce, mix in the creme fraiche, and add the prosciutto and the peas.

Heat for a couple of minutes on a medium heat, and stir constantly.

After this, guess what? Its ready. Spoon the pasta onto warmed serving plates and serve with roughly torn basil leaves on top.

Actually a fresh green salad and a good bottle of red wine always brings out the best in this pasta too.
