12 slices Parma ham, halved widthways
190g jar Sacla' Classic or Organic Basil Pesto
24 thick asparagus spears, tough ends snapped off
olive oil, for brushing
3 level tblsp finely grated Parmesan
Snip the slices of parma ham in two and spread each half with pesto, then place the asparagus spears on top. Tightly roll up and arrange spaced a little apart on a large baking tray. Lightly brush all over with the olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake the asparagus on the middle shelf of the oven for 8-10 minutes until the asparagus is cooked but still with some ‘bite,' and the Parma ham has crisped up. Simply delicious.
