1/2 a jar of Sacla' Artichoke Antipasto, halved
3/4 of a jar of Sacla' char-grilled peppers
1/2 a jar of Sacla' Italian Oven-Roasted Tomatoes, marinated with Olives, halved
1/4 of a jar of Sacla' Wild mushroom antipasto
One 200g rosemary foccaccia
4 rounded tsp Sacla' Classic basil pesto
A sprig of fresh basil
A few roughly chopped leaves of parsley
1. Drain the antipasto of its oil and place on some kitchen paper to mop up any excess
2. Toss the artichokes in parsley
3. Place the foccaccia on a serving dish.
4. Spread the foccacia with pesto and arrange the antipasto in colourful lines on top.
5. Plant a sprig of basil at the top and serve with lust!
