4 slices prosciutto
4 medium turkey breasts steaks
4 tbsp Sacla' Peperonata
125g ball reduced-fat mozzarella, sliced into 8
handful basil leaves
ciabatta loaf
Preheat the grill to high.
Lay the prosciutto on a baking sheet and place a turkey breast on top.
Spread the Sacla' Peperonata over the turkey and then top with 2 slices of mozzarella and some basil.
Fold the ends of the prosciutto around the cheese to enclose the whole turkey breast.
Grill for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to stand for 2 minutes and serve.
