Organic egg(s) Organic olive oil Salt and black pepper to season Organic Green Pesto

Instructions

Heat about 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small frying pan Add the egg(s) and fry to your taste, works best with a runny yolk Remove egg(s) from frying pan but do not remove the hot olive oil, turn off the heat Add 1 teaspoon of Sacla Organic Green Pesto to the frying pan and warm gently Pour the warmed pesto/olive oil mixture over the egg(s) and season to taste For a snack server on warm organic wholemeal toast or as part of a full English breakfast. For a starter, place a pesto fried egg on top of warm al dente French beans or cooked asparagus As part of a main course, place a pesto fried egg on top of crushed new potatoes or mashed potatoes
