2 x 4cm thick slices of ciabatta, cut diagonally
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp of Sacla' Classic Pesto / Organic Green Pesto
1/2 jar of Sacla' Peperonata
4 thin slices of salami
50g of Mozzarella cheese, finely cubed
freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the grill to medium, drizzle both sides of the ciabatta bread with olive oil and grill until golden brown on both sides.
Now spread one side of the toasted ciabatta with the Sacla' Pesto and pile the Sacla' Peperonata and salami on top of that.
Season with the freshly ground black pepper and top the whole creation off with the Mozzarella.
Quickly slide the ciabatta back under the grill until the melting Mozzarella starts to slowly trickle down and hug the sides, the way only molten Mozzarella can...
