1 jar Sacla` char-grilled peppers 1 onion 2 tomatoes 1 cucumber precooked cous cous lemon 300g vegetable broth fresh mint chilli extra virgin olive oil salt
Soften the cous cous in the broth, cut the vegetables into small cubes and place them in a bowl with drained Sacla` char-grilled peppers and the cold cous cous. Season with extra virgin olive oil and salt, chopped fresh mint, lemon juice and chilli.
