Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
Ingredients

approx 32 large tiger prawns 1 jar of Sacla' sun-dried tomato pesto (or classic will do!) 1 red pepper 1 yellow pepper 1 red onion 4 skewers!

Instructions

Put the pesto in a bowl and throw in the prawns, give it a good stir so they're completely covered. Chop the peppers and onion into roughly square shapes. Alternate by putting on to the skewers 2 prawns, a piece of pepper, a piece of onion - and repeat! Barbecue for just a couple of minutes on each side, then put on a plate, and pour over a good dollop of the pesto that you have left from covering the prawns. So easy and absolutely delicious!
