Whole Cherry Tomato & Roasted Vegetables
Can a simple sauce really evoke the true flavour of a fabulous Italian country meal? We hope so, because we've taken the best the countryside has to offer and lightly grilled it. Cheery red and yellow peppers are roasted with delicate courgettes, then teamed with richly coloured aubergines.
You can recreate this country classic in minutes. Pick your pasta shape, stir the sauce liberally through it and gently warm it all together for a few minutes. Serve with a mix of family, friends and plenty of laughter.
