Sacla' Whole Cherry Tomato Range

Our Whole Cherry Tomato sauces all have one thing in common - they're nurtured from a soffritto base of extra virgin olive oil, celery, carrots and onion. Translated, that means we tenderly saute them together to bring the true taste of Italy to each jar. You'll discover four new ways to serve up this range, from traditional tomato & basil to a rich Italian tomato & parmesan sauce.

Our Whole Cherry Tomato Sauces are available in Waitrose stores and at Ocado.com.

Whole Cherry Tomato & Basil

Whole Cherry Tomato & Basil

Our tomato and basil story begins life in Naples where the humble tomato forms the basis of every great sauce.
Using only fragrant Ligurian basil and sun-ripened tomatoes you can put a warm and inviting Italian lunch or supper on the table in minutes.  Simply stir the sauce into a pan of pasta, let it sizzle for a bit and serve with a vigorous grating of fresh parmesan.
Then, when someone says how delicious it is, just pinch their cheek with true Italian gusto.
