The UK’s first Pesto to be made with soft, succulent SunBlush® tomatoes. It reinvents our sun-dried Tomato Pesto recipe, as these tomatoes are riper, juicier and more flavoursome than most. They are slow-roasted for hours, retaining their bright colour and succulent flesh, and left to marinade in oil, oregano and garlic. Then we pound them together with Grana Padano cheese and cashew nuts.
We love how this sweet, tangy Pesto brings salads, pizza and antipasti platters to life.
Be in the know…Whereas sun-dried tomatoes are cut, salted and laid out in the sun to dry out, SunBlush® tomatoes are semi-dried in a slow roasting process, to retain their depth of flavour, colour and intense succulence.
