Sun-Dried Tomato Antipasti
We let these voluptuous vine-ripened tomatoes dry in the warm Italian sunshine at their leisure before adding fragrant oregano and coating them in a light sunflower oil.
Serve them as an antipasti straight from the jar or snip them into casseroles, stews or your Bolognese. These tomatoes get on with everyone and everything.
