This recipe contains a mix of sun-dried and vine-ripened tomatoes and lots of fresh, fragrant basil, which grows abundantly near the top-warm coast of Liguria.
We think it’s great for perking up fusilli, penne, conchiglie – or whichever pasta takes your fancy.
How to use
Simply stir it through steaming pasta (one pot serves two people).
