Wild Mushroom sauce for Risotto 950g

Just 2 simple steps for perfect risotto. Combine 3 tablespoons of this Wild Mushroom Sauce with 100g of risotto rice, 300ml water and 1/2 stock cube (optional) in a pan for a generous portion of risotto. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding a little more water if necessary, until the rice is creamy and cooked al dente.

This mellow and creamy sauce has brought together best friends butternut squash and sage and then lavished them with a generous helping of aged Parmesan.
