Rich and deceptively simple, you can give tomato purée the elbow and use this Paste in pasta sauces, stews, casseroles and soups. And it will instantly liven up any kind of fish, meat and vegetables – the key is to experiment!

How to use
Simply use as you would a tomato purée and add a generous dollop to casseroles, a spoonful to pasta sauce or spread on to pizza.
