Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over with the exception of employees and their immediate families of Sacla’, it’s agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion

2. The competition is to win either standard tickets or VIP ‘Magic Carpet’ tickets to a selection of Nomad cinema screening events, which take place across the summer from Saturday 13th August 2016, through to Saturday 24th September 2016

3. The entry mechanic is via entering your details on the competition page as instructed and hosted on www.sacla.co.uk/nomad

4. Online entry only. Internet access and a valid email address is required the competition

5. In the event of an entrant’s email changing the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address

6. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any messages or entries that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, operator or network error, computer hardware or software error or for any other reason beyond its control.

7. The following ticket quantities are available for the following individual titles that form part of the screening programme running at the Queen’s Park location, London;

8. VIP ‘Magic Carpet tickets include: Priority entry, a prime viewing position, a goodie bag (such as Divine chocolate, Popchips, Crosta & Mollica Italian snacks, Urban Fruit, Go Coco water, Fever-Tree mixers etc – contents may vary] a waterproof ‘magic carpet’ to sit on [or chair if damp], a back support to lean on and a blanket (which the winner can keep).

9. Prize winners will be selected at random and contacted within 24 hours of each individual screening competition closing

10. If prize winners cannot be contacted, or doesn’t respond within 3 working days, Sacla’ reserves the right to select another winner and the tickets will be passed onto the next prize winner picked at random

11. If the winner cannot attend the selected viewing as advertised the ticket cannot be transferred to different Nomad screenings

12. All prize winner tickets must be collected from Queen’s Park box office on the day of the screening

13. Prize winners must bring i.D with them to be able to collect and claim their prize: eg driving license or passport

14. The tickets cannot be re sold

15. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available

16. Winner’s transport to and from the Queen’s Park location will not be included

17. Your personal data will be treated in confidence and will not be disclosed to any 3rd parties

18. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this prize draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them

2. Share a picture of your #SACLASUMMER experience via Twitter or Instagram whilst at a Nomad screening event be automatically entered into a competition to win a cooking masterclass with Aldo Zilli in central London and dinner for two at a Cinchetti restaurant in London

3. Enter by uploading a photo to Instagram or Twitter and tagging it with the hashtag #SACLASUMMER Uploading a photo and adding the hashtag shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

4. The entrant’s entry must not contain or comprise items, text or images which:
a. are defamatory or libellous of any person; or
b. are obscene, offensive, profane, hateful, violent or inflammatory; or
c. promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; or
d. infringe any copyright, database right, proprietary business information, trade mark or other intellectual property of any other person; or
e. violate any privacy right of any other person; or
f. breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence; or
g. are in contempt of court; or
h. are likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or, annoy or injure any other person; or
i. impersonate any person, or misrepresent the entrant’s identity or affiliation with any person; or
j. are illegal or which advocate, promote, incite any third party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act; or
k. contain any commercial solicitations, advertising or which promote the services of a competitor

6. The Grand Prize competition will be live across the following individual screening events, and on the times specified below. Uploads using the #SACLASUMMER hashtag within these times will be counted as entries

7. The cooking masterclass with the Grand Prize winner and Aldo Zilli will consist of the following;

i) Visit to Borough Market with Aldo Zilli to source ingredients for the cooking masterclass
ii) Cooking masterclass and lesson which will take place at a professional kitchen in London, exact location tbc

8. Dinner for two at Cinchetti restaurant is up to the value of £200, which is to include and cover both food and drink choices

9. Dinner can be taken at either the Convent Garden or Piccadilly branch of the Cinchetti restaurant group

10. The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random by midday by Friday 30th September 2016

11. The Grand Prize must be taken within 6 months of this date, and by 30th March 2017

12. The cooking masterclass and dinner must be taken and arranged on the same day

13. Travel expenses to and from the cooking masterclass and dinner will not be covered

14. If the Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted, or doesn’t respond within 5 working days, Sacla’ reserves the right to select another winner and the masterclass and dinner will be passed onto the next prize winner picked at random

15. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available

16. Entry to this promotion requires the entrant/s to have a personal, valid and current Twitter or Instagram account
17. Only one entry per person will be counted. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void

18. If any entrant creates numerous Twitter or Instagram accounts in order to enter the Promotion more than once, they will be disqualified

19. In the event of an entrant’s Twitter or Instagram handle changing the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new Twitter or Instagram address

20. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter or Instagram. Entrants understand and agree that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Twitter or Instagram. By entering this competition, each entrant releases Twitter and/or Instagram from any action or claim arising out of the promotion.
