Terms and Conditions

• The prize is one 7 night holiday for two adults to Italy comprising: seven nights at The Tower Boutique Hotel in Puglia, Bed and Breakfast basis. Prize also includes £1000 redeemable at the hotel to be spent on spa treatments, cookery course, meals/drinks or other in-hotel leisure activities.
• Prize includes return Economy Class flights from a major UK airport to Italy. On arrival in Italy pre-booked car hire will be provided for the duration of the holiday.
• Valid for travel between 1st October 2010 and 31st July 2011, subject to availability.
• Dates of travel must be requested no less than 28 days before travel. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and has no cash value.
• Travel insurance and medical cover is not included. It is the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of a valid passport and any necessary visa.
• All entrants must be UK residents aged 18 and over.
• Closing date for entry 30th September 2010. The winners will be drawn at random on 1st October 2010 and notification will be sent by e-mail within 7 days. If contact cannot be made within 30 days of the draw date, the prize will be forfeited and a further random draw will be made.
• Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with one of an equivalent or greater value.
• Employees, officers and directors (or any persons connected to them including spouses, co-habitants, children, siblings, parents or grandparents) Sacla UK Limited and their agents are not permitted to enter.
• By entering into this prize draw, you agree to allow Sacla’ to store, process and deal with your details in order to administer the prize draw and to notify the winners.
• Entrance into this prize draw is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
