Due to an amazing response to our Black Friday deals, our standard deliveries are running a little behind schedule and may take a little longer than we’d like. We’re sorry, we’re busy working to rectify this and normal service will resume very soon.

We’ve selected DPD as our logistics partner as they offer our customers the most flexibility to manage their delivery. As soon as your order is despatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We can send your order to yourself or send as a gift to another UK address.

We also recommend that you enter a valid UK mobile number when you checkout, as it will keep you up-to-date with your parcel’s location and give you more control over your order delivery.

It’s important to note that if you’re not home when DPD deliver your parcel, it will be left in a secure location at the address or with a neighbour, a signature is no longer required for delivery.

What can I do if my goods are damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us with your order number and detailing the missing or damaged products. If your products are damaged please send photos too. Your refund will be made to the card that was used to purchase the products.

What do I do if my order is incomplete?

If you have received your order with something missing, please contact us straight away with the details so we can investigate it for you.

Can I return any items?

Yes, we offer 14 day returns policy on all orders. Contact us for more information or to return an item.

How to amend or cancel an order?

We will do our best to amend any order if it has not already been marked as despatched. We cannot add items to an order that has been placed. We may be able to cancel it as long as it hasn’t been despatched. Contact us using our contact us form or live chat as soon as possible.

Has Sacla' changed their recipe, as it now says "not suitable for peanut sufferers" on the label?

Sacla’ Pesto sauces are still made to the same family recipes. We have recently updated the allergens on our labelling to make clear that some recipes are not suitable for nut and peanut allergy sufferers.

This is because Sacla’ Pesto is made with cashew nuts, which can feature in the same supply chain as other nuts and peanuts. While we take every precaution to manage cross contamination of our cashew nuts, and we carry out significant testing, there is a very small chance that cross contamination can occur.

How do I find allergen information?

Please refer to product descriptions on our product pages. We list all ingredients including allergen information highlighted in bold. 

Does Sacla' Pesto contain peanuts?

Sacla’ Pesto is made with cashew nuts, which can feature in the same supply chain as other nuts and peanuts. While we take every precaution to manage cross contamination of our cashew nuts, and we carry out significant testing, there is a very small chance that cross contamination can occur. On this basis, most Sacla’ Pesto recipes are not suitable for nut and peanut allergy sufferers.

Customers with a peanut allergy can enjoy our recipes using products which are made without cashew nuts: 

- Pesto (Fiery Chilli Pesto, Roasted Pepper Pesto, Fresh Coriander Pesto, Vegan Tomato Pesto)

- Paste (Sun-Dried Tomato Paste)

- Vegan Sauce (Vegan Bolognese Sauce, Vegan Ch**se Sauce, Vegan White Sauce) 

- Whole Cherry Tomato (Whole Cherry Tomato with Basil, Whole Cherry Tomato with Burrata, Whole Cherry Tomato with Chilli, Whole Cherry Tomato with 'Nduja, Whole Cherry Tomato with Parmesan)

You may encounter issues if the browser you are using is not up-to-date. We recommend that you check your settings and update to the latest version. Is there a minimum order value?

You can buy any quantity of product from us, and there is no minimum order.

Is there a delivery charge?

We offer Free Delivery on all UK orders over £30. For orders below £30, UK delivery is from £5.50. You can find more information here.

We deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, delivery cost is £12.50 under £30, Free Over £30.

We also offer next working day delivery for UK mainland orders.

What delivery options do you offer?

We have three services available:

1. Delivery within 2-3 working days.

2. Next Day Delivery (UK mainland only)

3. Pre-Christmas Delivery (Only available at Christmas)

Our orders are despatched by DPD. Full tracking information is supplied within your despatch email.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to all areas of the UK. Including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. More information about our delivery policy can be found here.

Who will deliver my order?

We will deliver your order via DPD.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is despatched, we’ll email you with a tracking number so that you can follow your order online with our courier.  Any changes to your delivery or any special instructions can be made my clicking on your tracking number.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting us immediately. There may still be a charge if the order has already been despatched. So let us know as soon as possible.

Sacla’ Recycling

We’re doing all we can to look after our wonderful planet, and are doing our bit whenever and wherever possible.

Most of our packaging is recyclable and we are working hard to make sure all of it is. Our glass jars and metal caps are made with 15% recycled materials, and our cardboard trays are made with at least 40% recycled material.

You might have seen that we also sell Sacla’ Pesto in pots. This means there’s no food waste when a jar is just too big for a smaller household. These plastic pots are recyclable but not all local councils can currently manage this.
